Brian Wallins is research director for Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), responsible for leading global research of talent acquisition technology. Wallins has been with SIA since 2017. He brought six years of experience in equity research of technology companies covering the enterprise software sector for Gleacher & Company, formerly known as  Broadpoint Securities Group. Additionally, he had various corporate strategy and finance roles at Getaround, Hire On-Demand and Calypso Technology (acquired by Nasdaq). Wallins has a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University and passed level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) exam.

Fiona Coombe is director of legal and regulatory research at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). She is responsible for quarterly regional legal updates on the latest, significant legal developments for staffing firms and buyers in Asia Pacific (APAC), Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA), Latin America and North America. Coombe also provides research and analysis into specific issues of compliance and risk impacting the workforce environment in all regions. Coombe qualified as a lawyer in the United Kingdom in 1987 and worked in private practice for 11 years before joining the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in 1998. For 10 years she managed the legal services provided to 13,000 staffing industry members. In the four years prior to joining SIA, Coombe ran her own business providing legal consultancy services and compliance training for staffing businesses across the United Kingdom. She is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).

Matt Norton is workforce solutions research director at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) joining the research firm in 2012. He is the analyst and advisor to Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council Members on global market developments across the entire spectrum of workforce solutions. This includes managed service provider (MSP), recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and total talent management. Norton authored SIA’s Workforce Solutions Ecosystem research report in his prior role as senior research analyst. He is a frequent presenter and moderator at industry conferences and events. Norton has a Bachelor of Arts from Royal Holloway, University of London and a master’s degree from The London School of Economics. He is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).

Maxim Kupfer is an Interactive Research Developer at Staffing Industry Analysts. He develops interactive tools/applications that allow SIA’s customers to more easily explore and leverage data sets. Maxim comes from a financial background and worked in banking prior to joining SIA. He graduated from Chapman University with degrees in Economics and Computer Science, and passed the CFA Level III exam.
