Adam Pode joined Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in June 2009 with overall responsibility for research covering markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). Since then, he has examined and written about the staffing industry in various markets, from Australia to Zambia.  Pode developed forecasts that the market uses to plan its strategy. He advises numerous companies worldwide and works with the World Employment Confederation (WEC) to measure the industry’s pulse rate. Additionally, he has calculated the size of the global gig economy and spoken at numerous industry events.  Throughout his career, Pode has worked in research both in the House of Commons and the British Army. He ran his own research firm, served as a professor in the United States, headed the business intelligence unit of a large, listed United Kingdom firm, and worked as an associate partner in private equity practice. He is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP) and works from SIA’s London office.  

Francesca Profeta is well-known for her market research and commitment to promoting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEandI). With a 20-year career in the staffing industry and over a decade at SIA, Profeta has played a pivotal role in shaping SIA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion research. Profeta’s research and advocacy efforts shed light on the importance of diverse representation, technology trends, diverse networks, and the benefits of embracing a culture of inclusivity in staffing practices. In addition to her focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, Profeta provides valuable market insights for SIA members on diverse staffing markets such as Japan, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining SIA, she worked for global staffing firms Select Appointments and Vedior. Profeta is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).

Eoghan Doherty is a research analyst at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), covering markets in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC). Since joining SIA in 2021, he has helped produce research on various topics, been involved in numerous webinars and hosted panels at the SIA’s annual Executive Forum Europe conference. He is the designated analyst for several staffing markets, including Australia and the Netherlands as well as the life sciences sector. Doherty graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Master of Science in statistics and a Bachelor of Science in financial mathematics. He previously worked as a support analyst in the healthcare sector. He is based in London.

Oliver Eichenberger joined Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in 2021. He is a research analyst covering markets in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). Eichenberger also contributes to SIA’s interactive research portfolio. Before joining SIA, Eichenberger worked for a healthcare manufacturer. He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in mathematics. He works from SIA’s London office.
