Stephen Clancy is a senior director at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) with a primary role as leader and manager of SIA’s Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) program. He is a member of the Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council team and a buyer analyst that contributes best practice advisory support to SIA clients. He possesses over 30 years of experience in the human resources and business process outsourcing (BPO) services marketplace as a market research analyst, marketing consultant, industry speaker, writer, and developer of BPO services and solution partnerships. Before joining SIA, Clancy had executive roles at SourceRight Solutions, the workforce solutions division of the Spherion Corporation. As vice president at SourceRight Solutions, Clancy developed and sold business process outsourcing solutions – recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service provider (MSP) – to Fortune 1000 companies. He developed multi-million-dollar outsourcing engagements with leading industry organizations such as Verizon, Grainger, Citrix and Kodak. These workforce solutions delivered multifaceted, talent acquisition enhancements and value for these organizations over three- to five-year contract periods. Prior to joining SourceRight, Clancy was a member of Gartner’s Worldwide IT Services Group as a principal analyst and research program director. His focus was on IT services, outsourcing and alternative channel support. Clancy has a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth as well as a black belt and master certificate in Six Sigma from the University of Villanova. He is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP) and statement of work (SOW) management expert. Clancy is a past member of the Southeastern Massachusetts University Board of Trustees.

Dawn McCartney is senior vice president of Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). She leads and oversees the CWS Council as well as SIA’s certification and training – including the Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) and Statement of Work (SOW) accreditation programs – in addition to contingent workforce workshops. Additionally, she is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing cutting-edge research and strategies for the end users of contingent labor. McCartney joined SIA in 2012 and has been an integral part of the SIA team with ongoing contributions to the rapid development of the CWS Council and her role advising CWS Council members in managing their extended workforce programs. CWS Council Members’ program amounts to more than $100 billion in contingent spend. McCartney has 13 years of frontline experience working on both the supplier and buyer sides. Her expertise on the buyer side includes contingent workforce policies and procedures as well as the implementation of contingent workforce programs including vendor management system (VMS) and supplier selection. Prior to SIA she was global workforce manager for McDonald’s Corporation. Lori Telischak provides advisory support to Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council Members at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). She connects them to research and proprietary benchmarking tools as well as industry and peer networking events. Prior to her involvement with the CWS Council team, Telischak contributed to SIA’s certification and training marketplace initiatives. She administered programs such as the certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP) accreditation programs and contingent workforce program management workshops. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience on both the supplier and buyer sides as well as in services procurement, Telischak brings a unique perspective to best practices in the contingent workforce industry and trends in engagement management.
