A 20-plus-year staffing industry veteran, Rocki Howard was previously chief equity and impact officer with The Mom Project and remains a board member of its nonprofit Rise program, which has garnered widespread acclaim for its profound social impact. Recently, she founded Diversiology.IO, a DE&I platform that helps small- and midsize-business leaders and advocates grow, manage and sustain diverse teams. Her roles with The Society of Diversity, her contributions to the Empowering the Contingent Workforce alongside Magnit, and her Grown Woman Wednesday on LinkedIn Lives continue the critical conversation on diversity in staffing. She co-chairs The Society of Diversity – Advocacy Community of Practice Committee.
