In March 2023, Twenty20 Capital acquired the companies under Rebecca Watson’s management - Blue Arrow, Medacs, Tate, Global Medics, Litmus Workforce Solutions and Chadwick Nott - to create RSS Global, which she leads as CEO. With plans for organic growth and acquisition under new investment, Watson relishes the ever-evolving dynamics of the staffing world and envisions creating greater opportunities for clients, candidates and employees. Watson began her staffing journey at the Corporate Services Group in 1998, which merged with Carlisle Group in 2008 to become Impellam Group plc.
