For nearly two decades, Nicole Burleson has managed regionwide sales, marketing and recruitment programs as an executive leader at healthcare staffing firms. She brought that experience to Floyd Lee Locums in 2020 as its first COO. This year, she spearheaded Floyd Lee Locums’ growth by adding 53 new positions; she also led the launch of the federal division of the organization that focuses on serving veterans, even hiring a former veteran commander to oversee and lead the efforts internally. Additionally, she oversaw the implementation of a new technology stack that increased company efficiency while advancing capabilities to all clients.
