Melissa Campbell

A leader disrupting the healthcare staffing industry, Melissa Campbell is the senior vice president of technology and operations for Jackson + Coker. Leveraging her passion for applying and cultivating an agility lens, Campbell works with leaders throughout the organization to identify opportunities to improve process, communications, technology and collaboration. In addition to overseeing an initiative to implement an enterprise data management platform, she has deployed a digital enablement platform for all employees that mitigates the need for classroom training and is working with industry leaders, vendors and customers to identify how automation of the physician credentialing process can produce large-scale benefits.
