Margot Hélène van Soest’s journey with SThree, a global talent partner specializing in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) professionals, began in 2004 as a consultant at Huxley, part of the SThree Group. She assumed the role of managing director for the Netherlands and Spain in June 2023. Known for innovative talent attraction and retention strategies, she leads people initiatives focusing on retention, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, environmental, social and governance, and internal mobility. This year, she led the company’s partnership with Forward Inc., an organization dedicated to empowering newcomers as thriving entrepreneurs.
