Lisa Kurz led Take2 Consulting to its fifth Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company award and the No. 52 spot on SIA’s Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list in 2023. As an alumna of Washington Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business and member of the Bizwomen Leadership Council, Kurz leads in business and the community. Committed to talent development, she led the company through the launch of a leadership academy, revamped sales and recruiting training, and spearheaded a new campus recruiting program. Under her leadership, Take2’s People Cloud experienced over 100% growth, and its recent focus on geographic expansion enables better service in federal and commercial IT.
