Kristy Willis believes in leading with a people-first approach. Appointed to her current position in March, Willis leads PeopleReady’s strategic direction and digital transformation across more than 600 markets in North America. PeopleReady is the largest operating segment of TrueBlue, the fifth-largest industrial staffing firm in the US, according to SIA. She previously was the organization’s chief sales and operations officer, navigating post-pandemic economic challenges by crafting playbooks to connect workers with front-line jobs. She also oversaw the development of JobStack - the organization’s Vega and Stevie Awards-winning staffing app, which connects people and work.
