Janice Bryant Howroyd, fondly known as JBH, is the first African American woman to found and build a multibillion-dollar company - ActOne Group, which was ranked by SIA as the 31st-largest staffing firm in the US with $1.02 billion in 2022 revenue. Howroyd teaches her own executive teams and others how to optimize resources to build inclusive organizations. As a DE&I expert who believes transparency encourages accountability, she is an internationally sought-after advisor, speaker and consultant. Howroyd will serve as the newly elected chair of the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard University.
