Jennings joined GQR Healthcare in 2020 as an executive VP and moved to lead GQR Global Markets’ revenue technology team earlier this year. In this role, she has pioneered AI lead distribution, a groundbreaking approach to streamline efficiency and raise industry standards within the staffing ecosystem. She also co-created GQR’s online application portal, which earned her team recognition as a finalist for Best In-House Innovation at the 2022 Recruiter Awards in London.
