Beginning her career in staffing solutions in 1999, Farida Gibbs founded Gibbs Hybrid in 2005, which she leads as CEO. Earlier this year, Gibbs Hybrid merged with Atrium Global, a US-based extended workforce management business. Both amplify each other’s ability to deliver global customized, customer-centric workforce solutions. A champion of DE&I, Gibbs sits on the Council for Women Business Enterprise, is ambassador for the Minority Supplier Development UK and was appointed to an advisory leadership role for the UK’s Supplier Diversity workstream within the Cabinet Office.
