Ashley Holahan has trailblazed incredible success for IDR Inc., an employee-owned staffing firm that appeared on SIA’s Largest US Staffing Firms and Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms lists in 2023. Under her leadership, the company has been named a Best Staffing Firm to Work For four times by SIA and won the 2023 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For award for its Nashville, Denver, Atlanta and Dallas branches. Holahan also led the company to its first-ever recognition as the Best Staffing Firms for Women (BSFW) by ClearlyRated. Most recently, she spoke on an industry leader panel at SIA’s 2023 Collaboration in the Gig Economy conference.
