RSS Global CEO Rebecca Watson first began her career in staffing at the Corporate Services Group in 1998, which merged with Carlisle Group in 2008 to become Impellam Group plc. In March, Twenty20 Capital, in a deal with Impellam, acquired companies managed by Watson - Blue Arrow, Medacs, Tate, Global Medics, Career Teachers and Chadwick Nott. Today, Watson oversees these companies, now known as RSS Global, as part of the Twenty20 Capital portfolio of companies. Watson’s plan is for the companies to continue to grow and prosper under its new investors and create more opportunities for clients, candidates and employees.
