CEO Mark Maesen has steered Actief Group, a €750 million staffing firm, to more than 10% organic growth each year for the past decade. Under his leadership, the company has continued to expand with seven strategic acquisitions in recent years and currently employs 20,000 temporary workers on a daily basis in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria under the Actief Interim, Actief Werkt!, Actief Personalmanagement and Actief Jobmade brand names. Maesan’s goal is to achieve a €1 billion turnover.
