Dirk Hahn

Dirk Hahn has served Hays plc for nearly 27 years and was named CEO in September. While much his tenure was spent as COO, in 2020 Hahn became CEO of Hays AG, assuming responsibility for nearly half of the 32 countries in which the company operates, including continental Europe and the Middle East markets. In 2022 Germany alone accounted for 26% of the company’s revenue and over 2,000 of Hays’ consultants. Hahn believes in a leadership and communication style that is approachable, present, vulnerable, and authentic - a strategic mindset that he credits for his team’s long success at Hays.
