Albert Ellis has 30 years of experience in the recruitment sector and is currently CEO of Staffline Group plc, a recruitment and training group in the UK. In the last three years, Ellis has led the turnaround, £150 million recapitalisation and refinancing of the organization from a low point in 2020 following years of underperformance to the ninth-largest staffing firm in the UK in 2023. Over his career, he has led and executed growth strategies, acquisitions and disposals, turnarounds, multiple equity raisings and bank refinancings. In addition, Ellis is a non-executive director at HRNetGroup, a professional recruitment and consulting group headquartered in Singapore.
