With a 20-year career in the staffing industry and over a decade at SIA, Profeta has played a pivotal role in shaping SIA’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion research. Profeta’s research and advocacy efforts shed light on the importance of diverse representation, technology trends, diverse networks, and the benefits of embracing a culture of inclusivity in staffing practices. In addition to her focus on diversity, equity and inclusion, Profeta provides valuable market insights for SIA members on diverse staffing markets such as Japan, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal. Prior to joining SIA, she worked for global staffing firms Select Appointments and Vedior. Profeta is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).

Oliver Eichenberger joined Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in 2021. He is a research analyst covering markets in Europe, the Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). Eichenberger also contributes to SIA’s interactive research portfolio. Before joining SIA, Eichenberger worked for a healthcare manufacturer. He graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in mathematics. He works from SIA’s London office.
