  • Talent platforms refer to a growing segment of digital marketplaces that facilitate direct, digitally enabled contingent work arrangements, from sourcing through payment. The platform enables a direct legal relationship between the buy-side (businesses) and the sell-side (independent workers). These marketplaces enable managers to find and engage freelancers for specific work arrangements.
  • This is SIA’s tenth iteration of its annual look at the state and evolution of talent platforms.
  • It features an expanding set of analysis such as a list of the largest players by spend, as well as estimates for various categories, including by talent platform segment.
