Total compensation declined by a median -5.8% in 2023 in our study of 76 executives at 39 publicly traded staffing, executive search, and other workforce solutions firms globally.
Americas firms posted the highest median compensation at USD 2,299,935. Firms in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa posted median compensation of USD 737,409.
The highest-paid executives in this report’s group of 39 publicly traded staffing companies were Jonas Prising, CEO of ManpowerGroup Inc. (total compensation of USD 12.7 million) and Gary D. Burnison, President and CEO of Korn Ferry (USD 12.1 million).
