Tim Szuhaj brings over 30 years of legal experience, including 15 years dedicated to the staffing industry. Prior to joining Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), Szuhaj counseled staffing industry clients with respect to growth strategies, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, compensation strategies, plans and policies, risk management and indemnity issues, operational issues, goodwill protection issues, competition issues and, the structure and content of client and business-critical contracts such as Managed Services Provider (MSP) programs, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Vendor Agreements.  Szuhaj is a frequent contributor to legal and business publications and lectures across the country on emerging issues impacting the staffing industry.  Szuhaj received his BA from Indiana University Bloomington and his JD from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. In his free time, Szuhaj enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife, son, and stepsons, as well as playing golf, running, cycling, and enjoying the beauty of life on the prairie.
