Key Findings
- This report identifies the fastest-growing staffing companies in the US over the four-year period between 2019 and 2023. Growth is measured in organic terms, so the effects of all mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures are removed using data provided by the staffing firms and SIA’s in-house methodology.
- This year, 145 firms qualified for the list, compared to 158 in 2022. The top ten firms on the list all achieved growth of 90% or more, and most of these companies derived the majority of their revenue from the travel nursing segment. Of all the firms on the list, 84% primarily serve the healthcare, industrial, or IT segments, while 81% had revenues of $300 million or less.
Staffing firms can use this report to help benchmark the performance of their US business against the industry and to understand factors that may contribute to breakthrough growth.
