Caitlin McFeron is the Workforce Solutions Technology Analyst for Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). McFeron joined SIA in 2024, and her research coverage assists HR, procurement and staffing executives to make educated decisions relating to vendor management systems (VMS) and other workforce technologies. McFeron started her career in the managed services provider (MSP) industry over 20 years ago and has held positions in several business areas including client services, supplier engagement, implementation and solution design.  Through her experience, she has gained a unique perspective on MSP best practices, client satisfaction drivers, thought leadership and global risk mitigation. It has also given her exposure to a multitude of workforce technologies, including VMS, direct sourcing, freelance management system (FMS) and business analytics. Most recently, in her role with Talent Solutions TAPFIN, McFeron built solutions for global clients providing customized support models and services and ensuring program optimization, operational efficiency and global compliance.
