Xenspire Group acquired OneSource, a Mandeville, Louisiana-based provider of technical and financial search with a focus on the oil and gas industry. OneSource places engineering, geoscience, accounting and finance candidates from near entry-level to the C-suite. The deal closed Sept. 6 and was formally announced on Sept. 16. The transaction represents a strategic and geographic expansion for Xenspire, according to Benchmark International, which announced the deal.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Xenspire is a Massachusetts-based staffing provider. It’s led by CEO and founder Ram Konduru.

The sale took place as the OneSource owners were seeking full retirement, according to a note to SIA from Benchmark International, a global M&A firm.
