World Holdings full-year revenue rises 13.3%, HR business rallies

Japanese outsourcing services company World Holdings (2429: JP) reported revenue on 12 February for the full year ended 31 December 2024 of JPY 242.22 billion (USD 1.57 billion), an increase of 13.3% compared to the previous year.

Revenue in the products HR Business ticked up 9% over the year. In the service HR business increased by 38%. In the real estate business, revenue was down 9.4% from the prior year.
Meanwhile, the information and communications business saw a 12.9% increase from the previous year period while in the agricultural park business revenue ticked up 15.6%.
Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 281.44 billion (USD 1.83 billion) for the year ended 31 December 2025.
World Holdings shares closed on 12 February at JPY 2,116.00 (USD 13.78), up 0.91% on the day and 18.77% below its 52-week high of JPY 2,605.00 (USD 16.96), set on 29 February 2024. The company has a market cap of JPY 37.76 billion (USD 245.8 million).
