The group’s domestic working business, which provides staffing, recruitment and contracting services in the domestic sales outsourcing, call centre outsourcing, factory outsourcing, nursing care business support and construction engineering categories, saw an increase in revenue of 1.4% despite the continued slump in the call centre outsourcing area, due to the steady performance of the sales outsourcing and construction engineering areas.

The overseas working business focuses mainly on Singapore and Australia. While the trend of major customers curtailing hiring continues, the exchange rate has been weaker than in the same period last year, and as a result, revenue has increased by 1.9%.

As for the ‘other business’, due to the transfer of the foreign employment management system Visaman in the previous consolidated fiscal year, and the mobile communication business for foreigners Enport Mobile in the current interim consolidated fiscal year, external revenue fell by 32.6%.

Looking ahead, the company forecasted revenue of JPY 140.40 billion (USD 921.99 million) for the year ended 31 March 2025.

Will Group shares closed on 8 November at JPY 998.00 (USD 6.55), down 0.30% on the day and 12.26% above the 52-week low of JPY 889.00 (USD 5.84) set on 17 September 2024. The company has a market cap of JPY 23.04 billion (USD 151.30 million).
