Titan Security Group, a Chicago-based security staffing and systems integration provider, has merged with Marksman Security, a Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based security staffing services provider. The firms announced the merger Sept. 16.
The deal aims to enhance service offerings across the firms’ collective footprint.
The two companies will continue to operate under their respective brands, with senior leaders from both organizations remaining in place.
Titan Security Group CEO Dave Pack will lead the combined firm alongside Marksman Security founder Mark Radi and CEO Ezekiel Zeke Kaufman.
“By teaming up with Marksman Security, we are bringing together two teams with a shared vision for the future,” Pack said in a press release.
“This is a growth-oriented transaction,” he said. “Our intention is to add services and headcount, not reduce. We believe this combination will allow us to provide more opportunities for our team members.”
Marksman Security, founded in 2003, provides security staffing services across 22 states, serving the commercial, residential, corporate campuses, data centers, logistics, maritime and aviation sectors.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Titan Security Group to increase our service delivery capabilities and expand our reach,” Radi said in a press release.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Titan Security Group, founded in 1994 and backed by private equity firm Quad-C Management, provides security staffing, consulting, and systems integration solutions including video surveillance, electronic access control, turnstiles, biometrics, visitor management and alarm monitoring in the Midwest and Southeast.
