The Rec Hub, a UK-based recruitment firm, announce its acquisition of Estonian-based recruitment firm Immersive.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded by Martin Dangerfield in 2020, Immersive focuses on talent acquisition, recruitment, recruitment project management
Rec Hub said the strategic acquisition will combine Immersive’s extensive in-house talent acquisition expertise with the Rec Hub’s global reach.

According to the companies, the acquisition aims to expand global recruitment capabilities to serve diverse industries beyond their core technology hiring experiences; leverage technology and human expertise to enable organisations to hire effectively anywhere in the world; and provide a seamless, innovative approach to talent acquisition, supporting talent acquisition leaders in new markets, adding both capacity and capability on demand.
