Thailand is leading the AI revolution in Southeast Asia, with 62% of workers integrating generative AI into their personal and professional lives, reports The Economic Times, citing research from Jobsdb by SEEK in collaboration with BCG, The Network, and The Stepstone Group.

Research has shown that Thailand is a key hub for workforce transformation in Southeast Asia, with industries such as marketing, IT, and creative sectors driving AI innovation.

The report highlights that 83% of Thai employees believe AI will reshape their jobs, reflecting a forward-thinking workforce eager to embrace change. However, challenges persist, with 27% of workers expressing concerns about AI’s potential impact on job security.

Meanwhile, 57% of workers globally are willing to reskill, and in Thailand, the figure climbs to 70%.
