TechServe Alliance elects officers, four new board members

The TechServe Alliance, the trade association representing the IT and engineering staffing and solutions industry, announced the election of its officers for 2025 and four new directors. The TechServe Alliance board voted at a meeting just prior to the organization’s Executive Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Those elected by the board to serve as officers in 2025 are:

  • Chair — Pat Patel, founder and executive chairman, Intelliswift Software
  • President — Joel Leege, president and COO, Red Oak Technologies
  • VP/president-elect — Kip Wright, chairman, Inspyr
  • Secretary/treasurer — Tom Nunn, founder and president, Tom Nunn Consulting

The board also elected four new directors:

  • Andrea Brenholz, president/CEO, ATR International
  • Tim Glennie, managing partner, BridgeView
  • Roger Kipe, VP of staffing, Capstone IT
  • Sagar Pelaprolu, CEO, Sage IT

“This year, we saw an extraordinary number of applications for the open director positions, reflecting the remarkable talent and strength of our community,” TechServe Alliance CEO Mark Roberts said in a press release.

TechServe Alliance directors who will continue to serve during the 2025 term are:

  • Sunny Ackerman, global managing partner, on-demand talent, Heidrick & Struggles
  • John Bemis, president, Benchmark IT
  • Anna Frazzetto, founder and CEO, AFM Strategic Partners
  • Megan McCann, CEO, McCann Partners
  • Monty Ragland, president/CEO, Proteam Solutions
  • Manuel Vidal, executive VP of strategy and development, SSi People
