TeamBridge announced a $28 million series B funding round today. The San Francisco-based workforce solutions ecosystem firm focuses on hourly workers and was founded by two Uber executives.
TeamBridge provides a variety of capabilities, according to its website. They include time tracking of employees, scheduling, timesheets and payroll management, a workforce chat platform and applicant tracking system functionality. TeamBridge’s clients include healthcare staffing firms, warehouse staffing firms, homecare businesses and hospitality firms.
Plans call for the funding to go toward accelerating the product and AI roadmap, enhancing client services and scaling its infrastructure.
The round was led by private equity firm Mayfield with participation from existing investors General Catalyst and Abstract Ventures.
TeamBridge, which launched in late 2022, reported fourfold growth in 2023. The company says it has 300,000 employees on its platform.
It was founded by Arjun Vora, who previously served as head of driver design at Uber, and Tito Goldstein, who was formerly head of product design for Uber for Business.
