TalentoHC acquired R2 Global, a UK-based technology staffing provider. This is TalentoHC’s first acquisition outside the US. The deal was announced Feb. 13 by M&A advisory firm Hunt Scanlon Ventures.

“The combination of TalentoHC’s talent acquisition expertise with R2’s deep technical focus marks an exciting new chapter for both organizations,” TalentoHC CEO Juan Gaitan said in a press release.

R2 Global has 35 associates and specializes in cloud and data, business systems, and e-commerce talent.

Earlier this year, TalentoHC announced the acquisition of New York-based legal staffing provider The PeterSan Group/PeterSan Legal Staffing. Other recent acquisitions include Los Angeles-based executive search firm De Forest Search in 2022.

TalentoHC is based in Coral Gables, Florida, and has offices in Seattle; Los Angeles; New York; Miami; London; Newcastle, England, and Medellin, Colombia.
