This week, we feature Tiziano Rodolfo Roseto, Chief Regional Officer, Eastern Europe, Gi Group.

He joined Gi Group as an area manager in 2001 and today serves as chief regional officer for Eastern Europe as well as CEO for Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine.

The organisation has been on a solid growth trajectory under Roseto’s leadership, with the adjusted EBITDA rising to £3 million from £118,000 over six years solely through organic growth.

In 2023, Roseto spearheaded the MoveUp initiative, focusing on international talent mobility from Asia.
