In the last year, Cook led the organisation to a 20% increase in both net fee income and EBITDA, setting record levels of £100 million and £27 million organic growth. Having been at the helm of nGage Talent for 11 years, Tim has more than 30 years’ recruitment experience and prior to joining the group was Global Head of Digital and Business Innovation at Hays and a management board member.
