In 2023, Bradberry published a workforce target operating model to guide enterprises toward becoming skills-based organisations. This framework, an evolution from The Universal Workforce Model — a book Bradberry co-authored in 2022 — aims to accelerate growth, operational productivity and overall experience while reducing costs.

Bradberry and his team also collaborated with Globality to launch an innovative AI-driven services procurement model, elevating AGS’s procurement offerings. Globality is an AI-powered digital solution for sourcing services.
