Each week, we highlight a 2024 Staffing 100 Europe honouree — a leader whose vision is shaping the world of work. 

This week, we feature Nathalie Jaoui, Chairman and CEO, Groupe Crit.

She joined Groupe Crit in 1989 and in 1992 was appointed to the board of directors and led the group’s IPO. 

Jaoui held a progression of leadership roles culminating in being appointed chairman and CEO in 2022. She also serves as president of the organisation’s temporary staffing division. 

She led the France-based staffing firm to €2.53 billion in revenue in 2023 and oversaw the group’s acquisition of Italy-based Openjobmetis.
