This week, we feature Matthew Wragg, CEO of Gattaca.

Wragg’s “trainee-to-boardroom” staffing journey began 21 years ago at Gattaca, where he specialised in recruiting software and hardware engineers. CEO since April 2022, he has been guiding the transformation of its purpose, mission and values through to go-to-market strategy and operations management.

Under Wragg’s leadership, employee engagement has doubled, attrition has been halved and performance continues to improve, leading to the Best Business Transformation Initiative award at the most recent Business Culture Awards, which recognise outstanding company culture.
