This week, we feature James Allen, COO of Airswift. Allen was promoted to the role of COO in September 2024. Previously, he was President of EMEA for the company.

In the past year, Allen played an instrumental role in managing Airswift’s acquisition of Energy Resourcing, the recruitment and contractor management business of the energy engineering company Worley. 

Allen started his staffing journey in 2000 as a recruitment consultant and witnessed the company’s ascent to $1 billion in turnover.
