This week, we feature Ineke Kooistra, former Group CEO of Circle8 Group.

Kooistra stepped down as Group CEO of Circle8Group in December 2024. She was first appointed to the role in August 2023. Circle8Group is the seventh-largest IT staffing firm in Europe.

For 10 years before Circle8 Group, Kooistra was CEO of YoungCapital, a Dutch-based international recruitment organisation.

Kooistra is now the Founder and CEO of InterManage-TheAgency, a firm focused on strategic advisory, executive search and CEO (interim) management.
