At TEKsystems, Allegis Group’s largest operating company, Grant Wafer, spearheads the company’s business and cultural transformation across Europe. He became president of the company in October 2024.

Recently, Wafer led a strategic investment in elevating critical skills at all levels to deliver value-driven solutions.

He also supported the advancement of TEKsystems’ service capabilities by expanding global partnerships with technology giants, including Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services, into the EMEA region.
