Donnery is responsible for the group’s recruitment, employability, training and government outsourcing divisions. 

His current focus is leading the FRS plan to strategically expand the core temp and placement business through organic growth and acquisition.

Donnery is also a past president and honourary fellow of the Employment & Recruitment Federation and holds a number of non-executive director positions.
