She achieved significant milestones over the past year, including driving the group’s core business to €3.5 billion in revenue and augmenting gross margins in temporary and permanent staffing by 140 basis points compared to 2020. 

She also launched the Blue Leadership program, which targets leadership development in the logistics, automotive, manufacturing and life sciences industries, enhancing needs analysis and value creation for key customers.
