After starting his career in finance, Brun joined family-owned Groupe Adéquat in 2011, becoming chairman of the supervisory board in 2020. 

His current focus is maintaining the company’s core values while accelerating international growth and investing in new AI-driven solutions that will enable teams to focus on the human aspect of recruitment.
