Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum Europe 2024 begins tomorrow, 4 December, in London, focusing on the theme Embracing Change & Innovation. 

EFE 2024 will run from 4-5 December. The event will include inspiring keynote sessions, topical and interactive concurrent sessions, key research presented by SIA’s expert analysts and leading solutions from innovative suppliers. 

Industry experts and thought leaders will share insights through exclusive keynotes, panels and workshops. There will also be facilitated networking roundtables featuring peer-to-peer discussions on pressing issues and emerging trends.

Executive Director of Global Research, SIA, John Nurthen, will deliver the opening keynote, ‘Navigating the Future of Recruitment: Embracing Change and Innovation’.

On 5 December, EFE 2024 will feature ‘Bold Moves: Executive Insights Into Aya Healthcare’s Explosive Growth’. SIA’s Chief Analyst, Barry Asin and Alan Braynin, President & CEO

Aya Healthcare will have a one-on-one discussion exploring Aya’s success, the company’s plans for the future and what lessons there are for other staffing leaders.

EFE 2024 will also include the keynote panel’ Change & Innovation - The Final Word’, which will drill more deeply into the various themes of the Executive Forum by gaining additional insights from some of the most respected and experienced staffing leaders in Europe, including Bettina Schaller,

President, World Employment Confederation and Adam Hawkins, Head of Search & Staffing, EMEA & LATAM, LinkedIn.

On 4 December, there will also be a networking reception honouring the 2024 Staffing 100 Europe and Global Power 150 - Women in Staffing.
