SD Worx Staffing Solutions is a division of SD Worx and focuses on the flexible labour market in Belgium and The Netherlands.
Maurice Bisschop, general manager of SD Worx Staffing Solutions, said in a press release, “With this acquisition, we broaden our capability from domestic to cross-border recruitment and temporary employment while strengthening our position in the market for large accounts.”
“The Netherlands boasts one of the highest labour market participation rates in Europe, with low unemployment and job search rates,” Bisschop added. “However, 40% of employers face staff shortages. The working-age population is shrinking and there is limited inflow from younger people. Working with cross-border employment is a sustainable solution for companies who need a flexible workforce at peak times.”
For this transaction, SD Worx was advised by Boels Zanders.
