SD Worx acquires Polish cloud payroll start-up TribePerk

SD Worx, the Belgian HR solutions provider, acquired Polish HR tech start-up TribePerk, expanding its go-to-market to Polish SMEs and boosting its position on the Polish market.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TribePerk was founded in 2020 and is based in Lublin, Poland. The cloud payroll start-up supports companies with up to 200 employees via its SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform and outsourced managed payroll services, either directly or via accountants.
TribePerk will be integrated into the SD Worx organization, where the TribePerk product brand will remain associated with the cloud product. The management will remain on board. CEO Błażej Bereta will report into the country leader of SD Worx Poland.
Kobe Verdonck, CEO of SD Worx, said in a press release, “We will help grow the TribePerk solution so companies with up to 1000 employees can benefit from it as well. As a result, we can help any company doing business in Poland with their payroll and HR: smaller and medium-sized companies with our own TribePerk payroll software, large enterprises via our SAP & SuccessFactors offering..”
Thanks to automation, pricing will be “very competitive,” saidBłażej Bereta, CEO of TribePerk, in the release.
”All HR and payroll data are available in one easy-to-use platform and, thanks to a smooth data flow between the several modules, there is no manual data collection needed,” Bereta said.
