Founded in 1999, S-Pool is headquartered in Tokyo and provides outsourcing services as well as temporary staffing services in the sales and marketing and office support/secretarial support sectors.

The company said its three main businesses of employment support services for people with disabilities, environmental management support services, and regional administrative BPO services performed steadily, driving the company’s performance.

At the same time, the human resources solutions business, which focuses on temporary staffing services, saw a decline in both revenue and profit, but in the fourth quarter, there were signs of a recovery in demand for call centre operations.

Looking ahead the company forecasted revenue of JPY 26.82 billion (USD 169.6 million) for the year ended 30 November 2025.

S-Pool shares closed at JPY 317.00 (USD 2.01), down 1.25% on the day and 17.02% below its 52-week high of JPY 382.00 (USD 2.42), set on 17 October 2024. The company has a market cap of JPY 25.36 billion (USD 160.4 million).
