Professional staffing provider Resources Connection (NASDAQ: RGP) moved its global corporate headquarters to Dallas from Irvine, California, the company announced in a regulatory filing.
“Dallas offers a more central location for RGP to provide service and support to clients around the world,” the company said in a note to SIA. “RGP’s headquarters operations will be housed in its existing Dallas location and the company will continue to operate its Irvine office. RGP does not anticipate adding any new positions as a result of the move at this time.”
The company sold its old office to the city of Irvine for $13.0 million in a deal that closed on Aug. 15, the company previously announced in a separate regulatory filing
Resources Connection’s operating subsidiary, RGP, had recently announced a brand refresh as well, which positioned it as a parent company to three new brands: On-Demand by RGP, a provider of on-demand talent; Veracity by RGP, which provides consulting; and Countsy by RGP, an outsourced services offering that includes accounting and HR.
Its new address is 15950 N. Dallas Parkway, Suite 330 in Dallas.
