Recruit Holdings, one of the world’s largest staffing firms, will change the governance structure of its strategic business unit governance structure, starting in FY 2025.
Recruit’s HR Technology SBU and HR Solutions business of Matching & Solutions SBU will be operated together under the HR Technology SBU, the company announced Sept. 9.
Revenue in the Tokyo-based firm’s HR technology division — which includes Indeed and Glassdoor — fell 2.5% year over year on a US dollar basis to $1.83 billion in its fiscal first quarter ended June 30.
The HR solutions business, currently operated under Matching & Solutions SBU, will transfer to two new subsidiaries. Both subsidiaries will be operated as part of HR Technology SBU.
The new subsidiaries will be:
- Indeed Recruit Partners: Agency function for HR media business and HR placement business
- Indeed Recruit Technologies: Service development function for the HR-related businesses
The transfer is targeted for April 1, 2025.
